PEEF Master Level Scholarship

PEEF Master’s level Scholarship quota 2024-25 for needy and talented students for the year 2024-25 who enrolled in Master Level Arts/Science Degree programs during the academic year 2024-25.

In the above connection, the following SOPs will be observed for finalizing the nominees:

• Invite the applications on the enclosed application form (Annexure-I) from the students of said sessions;
• Students will submit their duly filled application forms along with all necessary documents directly to the FAD office before March 17^th
• The Departmental Scholarship Committee (DSC) will call the student for an interview before the committee;
• The Departmental Scholarship Committee (DSC) will prepare a Merit List of all applicants in Ascending Order concerning the merit (i.e. Marks/25). The Specified Merit List has been enclosed in Annexure-II;
• Submit the Application forms along with the Merit List in FAD Office on or before April 1^st
• Merit List will also be shared in editable form at "fad@gudgk.edu.pk.

The eligibility criteria are as under:

Eligibility Criteria

The students must have:

• Punjab domicile.
• Secured at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA 2.5 in graduation level examinations held in 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 (spring and fall session) from Punjab (minimum sixteen years of schooling or 4 years of education after HSSC / F.A / F.Sc / Grade 12 examination).
• Secured admission as a full-time student in the current academic year (2024-25) in one of the Partner University / Degree Awarding Institutions (https://www.peef.org.pk/masterlevel-scholarships)
• Students enrolled in fall /spring sessions (where applicable) and morning/afternoon/evening sessions (where applicable) are also eligible to apply for PEEF Master’s level scholarship.
• Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than sixty thousand (Rs. 60,000/-).
• Children of Govt. employees in BPS 1-4 are exempted from the condition of monthly income, if the salary is the only source of income
• Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are exempted from the condition of monthly income.
• Not availing any other educational scholarship during the current academic year.
• Besides fulfilling PEEF eligibility criteria, the prospective student must qualify the merit and need criteria of the respective University / Degree Awarding Institution.

Note

• Students who have already passed/ possessed MA/ MSc. / MS/ MPhil. etc. Degrees are ineligible to apply for PEEF Master Level Scholarship.
• Institutions have the right to cancel the scholarship in case of wrong or incomplete information.
• This application form should only be submitted in the respective institution. PEEF will not entertain any application submitted directly to PEEF Office.

How to apply

Submit the duly filled form and necessary documents to the Office of the Director Financial Assistance and Development (FAD), Ghazi University, D.G Khan.

The following documents should be attached to the Application form

• Attested copy of transcript/DMC of last semester/degree
• Income certificate on prescribed form of PEEF, Salary slip in case of government employee.
• Domicile certificate
• In the case of orphan students, death certificate of the father
• Current utility bills (electricity, Gas, Telephone, water)
• Hostel residence certificate, if applicable
• Paid fee voucher of the first semester
