World Food Safety Day 2022

The World Food Safety Day was celebrated at new campus of the Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan. The objective was to give awareness of food safety to the community, from “farm to fork” including food production, post-harvest handling, processing, preservation, packaging and even the marketing in the favour of consumer. Awareness walk was also arranged at Faculty of Agricultural Sciences in this regard. The event was organized by the students BS- Food Science under guidance of Dr. Tahira Batool Qaisrani, Associate Professor of Food Science & Technology.
